New Revenue Building, Raleigh

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This project involved foundation repairs at the NCDOA New Revenue Building.

The work involved the following:

Removal and storage of existing granite panels and panel clips
Removal of the existing membrane and insulation down to the concrete substrate from the windowsill down to grade
Cleaning/Repairing areas of damaged concrete substrate
Installation of new cover board and wind framing
Installation of new membrane
Insulation and protection board
Installation of stainless steel through-wall flashing
Re-installation of granite panels over the newly installed system
Installation of miscellaneous items
