This project involved foundation repairs at the NCDOA New Revenue Building.
The work involved the following:
- Removal and storage of existing granite panels and panel clips
- Removal of the existing membrane and insulation down to the concrete substrate from the windowsill down to grade
- Cleaning/Repairing areas of damaged concrete substrate
- Installation of new cover board and wind framing
- Installation of new membrane
- Insulation and protection board
- Installation of stainless steel through-wall flashing
- Re-installation of granite panels over the newly installed system
- Installation of miscellaneous items
