With this project, the Dobbs Building in Raleigh had water infiltrating its foundation at 15 ft. below ground level. We located the source of the water infiltration and solved the problem by removing the old waterproofing. We then installed a new rubber membrane to resolve the issue and prevent future water infiltration and damage.
